Board of Directors


Dr. Oscar Obondo Olima is a co-director of Aims College of Business and Technology. He is a career IT expert and consultant with over 30 years of experience having held various positions such as:
1. Director/Chief Executive Officer, JKUAT MMS IT Centre 2. Director of Maseno University IT Centre 3. Director of Technologies Partners Limited 4. Director of Prime Edge Computer Store and Accessories Limited 5. Director of Samo Holdings Limited
He holds a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Learning Technologies from the University of North Texas and a Masters of Science degree in Information Systems from NJIT. Some of his key skills are 1. Providing Consultancy services in the field of information technology 2. Providing computer online software user training 3. Providing information in the field of business and commerce over cable networks 4. Providing consultancy service on computer maintenance


He is a co-director of Aims College of Business and Technology. As Aims College of Business and Technology’s, Dalmas Odero drives strategy, leads the development of the team, and promotes Aims College to key stakeholders both Locally and internationally. Prior to Aims College, Dalmas was the General Manager for Technology Partners Limited, where he focused on team/talent management, business development, and key stakeholder relationships. His experience includes building high-performing organizations from his previous roles leading corporates. He holds a Master’s Degree in Logistics and Supply Chain, Moi University and also holds a Masters degree in General Management from Kenyatta University.

Our Team of Experts


Erick Odongo’s experience encompasses 13 years in increasingly responsible managerial roles in the academic arena. In his most recent position, he served as Operation Manager at “Send a Cow Kenya” where he was the overall technical lead of all the empowerment programs in the whole Migori County. He has significant experience in colleges strengthening and program management. He is resourceful, detail oriented and a meticulous planner with a high level of organizational acumen. He holds a Masters degree in Strategic Management, Bachelor’s degree in Development Studies from the University of Nairobi and he is also a Certified CHRP-K.


Mathew Maganda is a seasoned HR professional with Aims College of Business and Technology. He brings a wealth of experience to his role from previous roles at Family Bank, where he worked as a regional HR Manager. He is currently pursuing his PHD degree in Management Studies, with a focus on Human Resources Management and Development. He holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management and Development from the University of Nairobi, a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from Moi University.

MR. WYCLIFFE NYAKINA GISEBE (Human Resource Manager)

Wyclife Nyakina leads the design and implementation of talent sourcing strategy at Aims College of Business and Technology. Wyclife has extensive human resources management knowledge in the corporate and NGO sector. His experience cuts across the entire human resource value chain including talent acquisition, performance management, learning and development, compensation and benefits, and organizational effectiveness. Previously he worked for IHRM as a Talent Acquisition Manager, where he attracted and acquired the best talent into the organization. Wyclife Nyakina holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management from Kenyatta University, a Higher Diploma in Human Resources from the Institute of Human Resource Management, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource from Makerere University


Dr Bosire is a senior Corporate Strategist with nearly two decades of experience in strategic development and policy formulation. He was part of the early team that designed and built Aims College of Business and Technology model. He has been a key member of the senior leadership team throughout his 5-year tenure with the organization. In his current role, he provides technical and strategic guidance on program design, strategy, innovation, research, monitoring, evaluation, and learning. Previously held roles at College of Human Resource Management as Director of Partnerships and Research. He a Doctor of Philosophy Degree in Strategic Management and Governance from the University of Nairobi.

EDWIN OCHIENG (Accountant)

 Since 2005, Edwin has worked in finance, administration, and taxation across organizations ranging from private companies to international NGOs. He has worked with Gertrude Hospital, Institute of Human Resource Management and County Government of Nairobi as a financial manager. Edwin brings strong experience in managing audits, developing company finance policies and procedures, drawing and monitoring of budgets and data analysis. He holds a Masters degree in Business Administration (Finance Option) from Moi University, CPA-K Finalist and a Bachelors Degree in Commerce from Moi University

LAVENDER OWITI (Chief Registrar)

Ms. Lavender Owiti is the Chief Registrar of Aims College of Business and Technology. Her experience cuts across the entire academics’ world having served in the same capacity in different colleges. She holds a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from Mount Kenya University and is currently pursuing her Masters at Mount Kenya University
